Marketing Plan

Any marketing plan today should be a combination of traditional marketing as well as one using the technological advances of today. Properties vary so the Marketing Plan will vary according to your type of property. At a minimum, we will:

  1. Immediately place your property on our web-based Multiple Listing Service. This not only reaches the 1300+ members of our Association, but anybody worldwide who is looking for Maui property through the internet.
  2. Send an e-mail alert to the Realtors who are active in your market area. They appreciate having the jump on new listings.
  3. Your property will be placed on the next available Brokers Caravan to be previewed by fellow Realtors. Generally, Realtors have prospective buyers looking for a particular type of property, so if your property meets their criteria, expect some immediate showing appointments.
  4. Your property will be added to our website: kamaainaproperties.com.
  5. A Property Brochure will be created to distribute to prospective purchasers and Realtors.
  6. Send a Postcard or Brochure to your immediate neighbors to let them know of your property sale. A happy neighbor will usually let their friends know of activity in their area.
  7. If appropriate, a Virtual Tour will be created, to be included on our company website and the Multiple Listing Service system.
  8. Place a “For-Sale” sign on your property to further advance the marketing of your property. Many prospects actually drive neighborhoods they like looking for “For-Sale” signs.
  9. Advertise in the Maui News-“Realtors Working For You” section.
  10. If appropriate, advertise in either “Homes & Land” or “Real Estate Maui Style” publications
  11. Network with fellow Realtors on an on-going basis.
  12. Keep you informed regarding activity and inquiries.
